THE DOODLEJAM CONCEPT
Many thousands of years ago humans communicated by 'doodling' symbols and images on cave walls. Today, DoodleJam has replaced the cave wall with a canvas and asks participating groups to use their basic human instincts to do the rest.
DoodleJam specialises in creative corporate workshops and event entertainment using 'doodles'; a drawing, symbol or scribble representing thoughts or emotions! We facilitate group thinking "outside of the frame." Our main objective is to add value to our clients by broadening perceptions, sparking curiosity, unleashing creativity and fostering innovation.
We passionately believe that everyone, both individual and group, has a painting to show the world. We overcome common psychological barriers to 'creativity' and 'creative thinking' by avoiding the use of the term 'art' in relation to our workshops or group events. DoodleJam is not art, nor do you need any artistic talent or training to create a DoodleJam painting or attend one of our events. DoodleJam is "a frame of mind".

OUR DOODLEJAM SESSIONS
DoodleJam facilitates inspirational group events, large or small. We specialise in creative corporate team building, conference ice-breakers, brainstorming, event entertainment, office party and group workshops. Our ice-breaker sessions have now become very popular at wedding receptions, special group celebrations and fund raising events.
Corporate Team Building Activity: The main objectives of our DoodleJam Team Building Activity is to gain clarity and focus around an important subject (i.e. corporate vision, core values, conference theme, new product) so that both staff and company are moving in the same direction. We can cater for small or large groups, individual or group canvas. Our sessions are flexible and mobile so we can either come to your business premises or your event venue location. We can also arrange image printing on coffee mugs, tee shirts and mouse mats etc.
DoodleJam's building team activities can be tailored as a fundraiser for a charity of your choice. One option is for the team to create a vibrant group painting with the charity at a joint event. Another option is for the team to create their own vibrant group painting and then use their entrepreneurial skills to find ways to fund-raise for the charity using the group painting and painting image i.e. auction, memorabilia etc. Corporate fundraising contributes to employee satisfaction and sparks business innovation.
DoodleJam will maximimse the use of networking time, at your next corporate event, by focusing the audience on a specific theme, chosen by you. Whilst participants are networking, we will “spark” meaningful conversation and facilitate a creative 'buzz' in the room. The participants will use doodles and symbols to create a fantastic group painting (a visual representation of the theme). The group painting will become a thought provoking talking piece for the remainder of the conference or corporate party. The painting can also be auctioned to raise funds for your favourite charity. We can also arrange image printing on coffee mugs, tee shirts and mouse mats etc.
DoodleJam will facilitate a very special creative group activity for participants. Each group will create their own vibrant group painting, representing a collective, passionate, theme. We will tap into the groups entrepreneurial spirit by discover innovative and creative ways to raise funds from their group painting i.e. memorabilia. An inspirational video will be produced to share on social media and help raise interest.
Picture this! Guests paint a message for the Bride and Groom on canvas, using symbols, and leave a video message explaining their sentiments. The result is a priceless keepsake in the form of a vibrant group painting and the pleasure of watching many heartfelt video messages from friends and family. We also entertain kids at the reception by providing DoodleJam party bags. We can also arrange post-wedding day 'thank you' cards with a print of the image.
DoodleJam is fortunate to have a concept that can facilitate fundraising in a unique and profound way. One of our company goals is to help less fortunate communities, anywhere in the world, to raise funds. A combination of group paintings and inspirational video messages create a powerful community statement, in the age of social media. Our DoodleJam facilitators our energetic, fun and full of passion. We love to create a relaxed, inspiration and thought provoking atmosphere. Prior to your event we arrange a pre-event teleconference, so that you can speak to your facilitator in person and we can tailor the event to your unique requirements.
DoodleJam has over five years experience facilitating group event entertainment, sparking meaningful conversation, creating group paintings and producing inspirational videos.
DOODLEJAM WEBSITE
The DoodleJam website has been designed to celebrate each group painting and capture the wonderful memories of the event. Individual and groups receive a members gallery with many configurable options. Each individual painting has a unique page, were visitors can view, share, vote, comment, buy and sell. Multiple audio descriptions (individual doodle descriptions) can be uploaded to the image page and event video footage can also be embedded in the event description.
